Anita Riggio, is an award-winning
writer and illustrator of books for young
readers, and a gifted teacher and mentor.
She established her highly acclaimed
Coveside Writing Workshop in 2001, and
since 2003, has been a faculty mentor in the MFA in Creative Writing Program
at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She developed a MFA
program seminar, “Finding True North,” a pyramid of guided writing meditations was from her own experiences in writing, and in leading Coveside Writing Workshop.
